Planning of routine meetings of the Administration, minutes organization and implementation responsibility assignment. |

Schedule control of the Administration’s various activities. |
| |
Planning, implementation and supervision of file management. |
| |
Organization and publication of file catalog and file utilization. |
| |
Formulation and review of file removal, transfer, organization, storage and destruction procedures. |

File information planning, establishment and coordination. |
| |
Edit and produce annual reports of the Administration. |
| |
Handle document distributions, submissions and approvals for matters not assigned to other departments or centers. |

Receive, pay out, and safe-keep cash, notes, and securities of the Administration. |

Handle affairs of the Administration relating to employee salary, income tax, and insurance payments. |

Handle affairs of the Administration relating to expenses and receipts, payment collections and payouts, and revenue transfers to the National Treasury. |

Handle affairs of the Administration relating to cashing and account settlement with national treasury banks. |
| |
Allocation and management of the Administration's office spaces and dormitories. |
| |
Procurement, management, and inventory control of administrative items (consumable items) of the Administration. |
| |
Water/electrical supply/facility management, maintenance, budget planning and execution. |
| |
Plan, manage, and supervise duties for the duty personnel of the Administration; supervise and manage food and beverage of the Administration. |

Handle affairs relating to parking and visitor passes and overall security of the entire complex of the Administration. |
| |
Supervise and evaluate cashier operations of secretariat offices of the Administration’s agencies. |

Planning, distribution, management and supervision of the real estate properties, offices and living equipment of the Administration headquarters. |

Public Relations Section: |
| |
Planning of operations related to the Legislative Yuan, the press and public relations, formulation of operational procedures and preparation of related documents. |

Responses to public opinions, news release, and contacts. |
| |
Tour arrangements for visitors from outside of the Administration. |
| |
Handle public relations affairs concerning the Legislative Yuan, the media and other agencies and organizations. |
| |
Instruction on, as well as coordination and evaluation of public relations and press communication tasks of agencies under the Administration. |
| |
Daily news clipping and reporting. |
| |
Plan media contact activities, handle press conferences and process media reporter’s application for covering the Administration or its subordinate units. |

Identification, coordination and communication pertinent to inspection of Legislative Yuan meetings/committees and Legislator’s inquiries. |

Identification, coordination and communication pertinent to annual central government agency inspection, inspection reports of the Control Yuan, as well as investigation and deposition of Control Yuan members. |
