Welcome to visit the website of Eastern Branch( E.B), Branch of Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, Executive Yuan. Since the day this Branch was established on February 18, 2000, our mission of preventing and guarding coast smuggling, illegal immigration, investigation of guns and drugs, and the maintenance of natural resources in seacoast can get smoothly achieved with the support and guidance of all circles in eastern region. We sincerely show the respect and the gratitude in this, hope for all walks of life can continue to urge and rectify us on.

 

The landscape of eastern area is the most beautiful part of Taiwan. Rich in ocean ecology is the precious property of Taiwan. Eastern Taiwan is famous for its perfect environment blessed with the breathtaking beauty which known as Taiwan's last unspoiled land.

 

The foundation and mission accomplishment of our office depended on the support and cooperation of all the residents of Hualian and Taitung. With your support and recommendation, all my colleagues and I will effectively devote our utmost to the security of local coast region and the maintenance of eastern natural resources, in order to ensure the reputation of the eastern Taiwan, so called the world of beautiful and unspoiled land.
