A. Relate Laws and Regulations
The Directorate General has formulated a series of laws and regulations in accordance with the Coast Guard Act and the Fisheries Act. In order for your convenience, the laws and regulations are categorized in accordance with the division of functions of the units, which allows you to clearly browse the intended laws or regulations.
In addition, in order to prevent the violation of people's rights and fully implement the concept of "administer in conformity with the law", the regulations governing the functions have been provided as guidance for lower level units in their execution of duties.
